Wingman Protocol ("we", "us", "our") operates the api.wingmanprotocol.com platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your company name. This is used to create your account and send you your API key.
Usage Data: We log API request counts, endpoints used, and timestamps for billing and rate limiting purposes. We do not log the content of your API requests or responses.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or other payment card details. We only receive a confirmation of payment status from Stripe.
Analytics: We collect anonymous page view data (page path, referrer, anonymized IP hash) to improve our website. We do not use third-party tracking scripts or advertising cookies.
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (256-bit encryption). API keys are generated using cryptographically secure random methods. Our servers are hosted on dedicated infrastructure with access restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymous usage analytics may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
