These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wingman Protocol API platform operated at api.wingmanprotocol.com ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
To use our API, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each plan has specified rate limits. If you exceed your rate limit, requests may be throttled or rejected. We reserve the right to adjust rate limits to ensure platform stability. Persistent abuse may result in account suspension.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. All payments are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
The free tier provides 1,000 API calls and access to all endpoints with local models. No credit card is required. The free tier may be modified or discontinued with 30 days' notice to active users.
All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund. After the 30-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period after the guarantee period.
You retain all rights to the content you submit to and receive from our API. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. We do not use your API request/response data to train models.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where an SLA is explicitly included in your plan (Enterprise tier). We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wingman Protocol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated and your personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
